All scan data is initially created into a mesh file, STL or OBJ depending upon project goals. Data can also be reverse engineered for CAD files; STEP, IGES, or XT.
The scanner picks up everything it sees. All scan data is post processed to eliminate unwanted data, orientated, and holes filled or smoothed.
Dimensionally accurate scan data is precise up to 0.02mm.
For large scanning projects, data can be highlighted and exported individually in order to cut down on processing times.
